Goldencent farmers producer organization is based in the golden city of Rajasthan India “Jaisalmer” is also known as the city of” sand dunes” or Thar desert city. The reason behind the incorporation of this FPO is “from the farmers, for the farmers, and to the farmer”. We have a huge registered farmer team of 2000 and their major focus crops are cumin and groundnut. Our FPO is divided into 3 divisions :
Farmer Division:

Services Division:
A team of 3 members is always in a ready position to provide all sorts of services required for farming to the farmers. Agricultural loans, subsidies, job work of machinery, KCC services, and many more.
Sales Division:
Apart from all, this division plays a vital role for the farmers. Purchasing crops of small farmers and providing them prices higher than the market is their motto. Small farmers never had this option before but our team procures their crop at their doorstep and gives them their deserving prices. We have installed a 3 layer factory in the industrial area of Jaisalmer, which has WAREHOUSE, PROCESSING, AND PACKAGING of cumin and groundnut. We are already an exporter of cumin seeds, groundnut in more than 3 countries and all across the nation.

Thar city “Jaisalmer” is named after the founder and ruler Rawal Jaiswal Bhati in 1156 AD.
Jaisalmer city was well known for tourism and it’s scenic beauty, but there was no root connection of farming & agriculture before a historic step by the government i.e “Indira Gandhi Canal Construction” in 1952.
Jaisalmer from city of dunes and sand soon converted into biggest and largest district to produce crops like Cumin, Groundnut & Isabgol.
After the canal construction, 1967-1968 was the year which is also known as Green Revolution, changed the image of India in the world map from food deficient country to one of the world’s leading agricultural nation.
As per rural data, people from different parts and states of India started migrating to Jaisalmer & its nearby area for healthy agricultural practices,
2003-2004 was considered as the best year for production of major crops like Cumin, Groundnut & Isabgol.
In year 2020, Goldencent Framer’s Producer Organization targets to reach and spread its wings in every single rural area of Jaisalmer & nearby. As already stated our main moto is “From the farmers, For the farmers, To the farmers” & uplift small & marginal farmers by giving them the real values of their crops and farms.
